Corpus del Español del Área del Alemán (CORESAA)

The project underpinning the corpus was created by Dr Martha Guzmán Riverón and aims to provide a comprehensive and flexible tool for researchers interested in the study of Spanish in migratory contexts, as well as in the effects of language contact and migration.

CORESAA was designed and programmed by Christopher Owain Carter as part of his doctoral thesis. It is a work in progress. It contains semi-structured interviews with speakers from various regions and recordings of Spanish speakers as well as detailed linguistic data and sociolinguistic metadata.
